I have been bringing my vehicles to Gbrocks for years and have yet to be disappointed. THANK you to the entire gang at Gbrocks for such great service. You always go the extra steps to keep your customers happy from simple oil change to more serious repairs.

Recently I had our 2014 Ford Escape in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to check the transmission. (I thought I could feel a ‘slip’ when putting into reverse) I scheduled and took it to a dealer as the Power Train is under warranty prior to visiting Gbrocks. The dealership wanted to charge me $89.95 just to look at it. Greg and his team inspected and found nothing at no charge to me. (except for the oil change and tire rotation of course, but total was half what the dealer wanted to charge to open the hood!)
I’ll be recommending Gbrocks in the near future, spread the word “These Guys (and Gal) are GOOD!”

Once again you guys out performed your competition. (not that I go to anyone else!!) I am referring to the tip Liz gave me regarding cleaning up the nasty smell we were getting when turning on the A/C unit in the Lexus! The product cost me about $8.00, after following Liz’ instructions and instructions on the can, clean as a whistle.

In a word, outstanding! I just wanted to pass along my sincere gratitude for your continued excellent service. Most recently, the services you provided for our Volvo XC70 were above and beyond our expectations.
When the Volvo dealership service department diagnosed a problem with our brake control module, you were very flexible in allowing us to ship out the BCM for diagnostic analysis to confirm their finding. Subsequently, we learned the Volvo dealership was incorrect in their diagnostics, and your staff correctly determined the root cause of the vehicles’ problem. The repair was subsequently successful and cost a fraction of what the Volvo dealership was ready to charge us. Additionally, the charges Volvo quoted for the other services you provided for our vehicle were also grossly out of line when compared to your fair and reasonable charges.
Dealership service departments are regarded by many as the best and most qualified to service your vehicle. However, we have found that this is not necessarily the case, as our experiences at G-Brock have surpassed those provided by several well known dealership service departments that we no longer utilize. Honesty, integrity, and skilled, knowledgeable staff are what we experience at G-Brock’s Auto Repair.

Thanks to a recommendation from Scott at the Hair Depot and disgusted with the long wait at a Nissan dealership in Waukesha, I tried G. Brock for an oil change last summer. I was in and out in no time and no hassle or trying to sell me any extras. I returned today for a tire rotation and an oil change - the same great, quick service! The price was far less than the dealership would have charged. I'm not only happy but very pleased that G. Brock is now my "go to" place for service.

Great customer service & with a smile!! I stopped by on a Friday afternoon & asked Greg if he could replace a burned out bulb on my car. He came out, looked at my car, went back in to get a replacement bulb & changed it for me all for just the cost of the bulb! I really appreciated his kindness! My daughter was getting married the next day & I had a lot going on the day before & really appreciated one less to-do thing on my list of to-do's! Thank you Greg!!

We took our car to a different auto service shop for tires and when we went on the freeway for Thanksgiving, our tires vibrated horribly. I brought my car to G'Brocks and had them check out my tires and they found the previous auto service center balanced my tires wrong. G'Brocks rebalanced my tires correctly and the vibration is now gone. Thanks G'Brocks for making me feel safe again. It is a great feeling to have an auto repair center you can trust.

I had the pleasure of meeting Greg when he was a service writer at Ewald Chevrolet. He was up front and honest when ever I had to have my vehicle in for service. When I heard Greg opened his own business I had to give him a try. I have been going to G-Brock's Auto Repair ever since. Greg's partner Jon Brand is a top notch mechanic. I have had all kinds of service performed on my vehicles. I have never been up sold or been the victim of unnecessary repairs. All work has been done professionally and properly the first time, every time. Plain and simple, G-Brock's rocks!

I've taken both of my vehicles to G-Brock's since the shop opened a few years back. No longer do I feel like I'm being upsold on expensive "maybe you need it, maybe you don't" repairs or being lead astray on what is really needed. I fully trust Greg and his team.

I've taken my car to G-Brock's several times now, and have always been pleased with the work and the price. I don't get pushed into doing unnecessary stuff, but they always tell me when something needs attention. I trust them to treat my car as if it was their own and they have always come through. The waiting room is great: comfortable and you can stay caught up on your email while you wait! Highly recommended.
